A QUICK NOTE ABOUT BOOKING:
Following feedback from our guests over the past few years, we’ve moved to a new booking platform designed to make reserving your Santa’s Grotto experience simpler, smoother and more user-friendly. The new system does apply a small administration fee to online bookings, which you’ll see clearly during the booking process. We hope you’ll agree that the improved experience makes planning your visit that little bit easier, and we can’t wait to welcome you for another magical Christmas at The Heart! 🎅✨
If you need further assistance and are still struggling to book, please contact the team between 9 - 6 Monday to Friday on 01676 540333 but please try the instructions above first.
As you can appreciate, our Elves are extremely busy at this time of year.
