£20 deposit per person is required to confirm bookings. The ticket balance is due 4 weeks before the date of the event.
Group bookings must be made in one to ensure you are seated together.
All deposits and balances are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid
Drinks pre-orders are required 4 weeks before the date of your event
If your group is 10 or less it is possible that you may be on a shared table
It may be necessary to split larger groups across more than one table
Bookings are processed on a first come first served basis and your table may be upstairs in the Chestnut Suite balcony depending on the time of booking.
If booking accommodation, the full amount is due to confirm the reservation and this is non-refundable.
The venue shall not be liable to an attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all belonging are secure, the venue does not provide a manned cloak room.
